Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 27, 2026

This policy explains what information Dromlight collects, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to our websites, applications, and services.

All processing happens on infrastructure we own and operate. Your prompts, projects, and generated work are not sent to third-party AI providers. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

1. Information we collect

Account information

Your name, email address, and the details you add to your profile. If you subscribe, our payment provider collects your billing information and gives us a customer reference plus your subscription status. We never see or store your full card number.

Content you provide

Prompts, text, uploaded files, audio, images, and projects you create in the Services. This is stored so the Services can function and so your work is there when you come back.

Feedback and ratings

Likes, dislikes, comments, and other feedback you give about generated content. This information guides how the Services generate content in future — for you and for other users. It is central to how the products work.

Technical information

IP address, device and browser type, sign-in times, and basic usage events. We use this to keep accounts secure, diagnose problems, and understand which features get used.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Services
  • To process payments and manage your membership
  • To generate content in response to your input
  • To improve how the Services generate content, informed by feedback and ratings
  • To secure accounts and detect abuse or fraud
  • To contact you about your account, changes to the Services, or support requests
  • To meet legal obligations

3. Where your data goes

Processing occurs on systems we own and operate. We do not transmit your content to outside AI services for processing.

We share limited information only in these cases:

  • Payment processing — our payment provider receives what it needs to bill you
  • Infrastructure — our hosting and network providers necessarily handle data in transit and at rest
  • Legal requirements — where we are compelled by valid legal process, or need to protect rights and safety
  • Business transfer — if Dromlight is acquired or merges, data may transfer as part of that transaction

We do not sell personal information.

4. Generated content

Content generated through the Services may be retained and made available to other users, as described in our Terms of Service. Music generated in response to preferences may enter a shared library. This content is not labeled with your identity — other users do not learn who generated it or what you rated.

5. How long we keep it

We keep account information for as long as your account is active. Content and projects are kept while your account exists so your work remains available. Sign-in records are retained for a limited period for security purposes.

When you delete your account, we remove your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records to meet legal or accounting obligations. Generated content already contributed to shared libraries may persist, as described above and in the Terms.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct information that is inaccurate
  • Delete your account and associated personal information
  • Export your information in a portable format
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw consent where processing relies on it

To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

7. Security

We protect accounts and data using access controls, encrypted connections, and hashed credentials — we never store passwords in readable form. Systems are restricted to authorized operators. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and act quickly when something needs fixing.

8. Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the Services to function — keeping you signed in and maintaining your session. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

9. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

10. International users

Our systems are located in the United States. If you use the Services from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. If changes are material, we will notify you before they take effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.

12. Contact
