These Terms govern your use of Dromlight's websites, applications, and services (the "Services"), including products offered under the Dromlight and Glitch names. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
The Services are operated by Dromlight ("Dromlight," "we," "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
A membership may include multiple seats for members of your household. You remain responsible for use of every seat under your account.
Memberships are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis at the price shown at checkout. Your membership renews automatically until you cancel.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then. See our Refund Policy.
We may change pricing. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days' notice before the change applies to your membership, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
If a payment fails, we may suspend access until payment succeeds. If it remains unresolved, we may cancel the membership.
Membership grants access to the products and services made available under your plan at any given time. The catalog changes. We add products, we retire products, and products in development may change substantially or be discontinued.
As products are released, some will remain available under your plan and others may move to a different plan or tier. Where a member has participated meaningfully in a product's development, we may grant continued access to that product at our discretion when it moves. Any such grant is a discretionary benefit, not a contractual entitlement.
Some products are offered in beta or pre-release form. These are provided as-is. They may be unstable, incomplete, or changed without notice, and data created in them may not be preserved. Do not rely on a pre-release product for anything you cannot afford to lose.
Our Services generate content — including audio, music, images, text, and voice performances — in response to your input.
Dromlight retains ownership of all content generated by the Services. We grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, revocable license to use content you generate for personal and internal purposes for as long as your membership remains active, subject to these Terms.
Commercial use, redistribution, or resale of generated content requires separate written permission from us. Contact us if you need it.
Content generated through the Services — including music generated in response to your preferences — may be retained by us and made available to other users. By using the Services, you agree that we may store, reuse, adapt, and distribute generated content in this way.
Ratings, comments, and other feedback you provide are used to guide how the Services generate content in future, both for you and for others. You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use feedback you provide for any purpose, including improving and operating the Services.
You retain ownership of material you upload or supply. You grant us the license necessary to host, process, and display it in order to provide the Services. You are responsible for having the rights to whatever you supply.
You agree not to use the Services to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, without refund.
The Services — including all software, interfaces, designs, systems, methods, and underlying technology — are owned by Dromlight and protected by intellectual property and trade secret law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership interest in them to you.
You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive the composition or operation of any part of the Services.
We aim to keep the Services running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services, including individual products, at any time. Where a change materially reduces what your membership includes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
You may stop using the Services and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Services. On termination, your license to use generated content ends, and we may delete data associated with your account.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that generated content will be accurate, original, suitable for any purpose, or free of resemblance to existing works.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dromlight will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars.
You agree to indemnify and hold Dromlight harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your material, or your breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you before they take effect. Continuing to use the Services after that means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.
